1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website and engaging with and purchasing my services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately and do not purchase.

2. Services Provided

I offer holistic approach to coaching, hypnosis, energy work, and mentorship. These services aim to support personal and spiritual development and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. I do not claim to treat or cure.

3. Client Responsibility & No Guarantees

Your results depend on your dedication, openness, and personal circumstances. I do not guarantee specific outcomes, healing, or transformation. You are responsible for your own growth and well-being.

These Terms & Conditions are supplementary to service-specific agreements if available. If you are booking a hypnosis session, course, program, a group program or membership, or private 1:1 service, you are also required to review and agree to the detailed terms outlined for that specific service.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are due upfront unless otherwise stated in a custom agreement. Each service may carry a specific agreement, and you have the right to request and review this prior to making your purchase.

All sessions, hybrids, courses, memberships, events, programs and digital products, including but not limited to pre-recorded readings, courses, downloads, and audio/video content, are final and non-refundable once purchased. Due to the nature of instant access and the energetic transmission involved, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted under any circumstance. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are receiving valuable intellectual property and energetic resources that cannot be returned.

Each service may carry a specific agreement, and you have the right to request and review this prior to making your purchase.

Please read all descriptions carefully. There are no refunds for buyer’s remorse. It is your responsibility to ensure that you feel aligned, ready, and willing to engage with this work before purchasing. If you have any questions, please contact support before completing your transaction.

This also applies to hybrid offers that combine digital content with a live or scheduled component, such as the Digital Soul Contract Reading + 1:1 Deepener Session. Once purchased, your purchase is considered final and non-refundable, even if the client has yet to log in and even if the live session has not yet been booked or completed. Rescheduling of live sessions is allowed with at least 48 hours' notice. Missed appointments or cancellations within 48 hours are considered will either require an additional payment or are considered forfeited unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

All 1:1 sessions must be used within 30 days of purchase unless a different timeline is explicitly stated in a program or agreed upon in writing. Sessions cannot be held, banked, or carried forward. If a session is not booked and used within the specified time frame, it is forfeited.

All private 1:1 sessions are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. I reserve a limited number of 1:1 client slots each month to ensure that each session receives the energetic preparation and focus it requires. The sooner you book, the more scheduling options will be available to you. It is your responsibility to secure your preferred time and to make all necessary arrangements to attend. I am not responsible for delays in booking, scheduling conflicts, or missed opportunities due to late communication or lack of follow-through on your part.

If a private 1:1 appointment is missed or canceled within less than 48 hours, the session is either forfeited or additional fee may apply unless prior arrangements are made.

Any custom pricing, promotional rates, or private offers discussed via email, messaging, or voice communication are valid for a limited time only. Unless otherwise stated in writing, quoted pricing is valid for 72 hours from the time of the offer. After that window, pricing may change without notice and is subject to recalibration based on availability, energetic capacity, and program or session demand.

I reserve the right to adjust pricing of my offers at any time in alignment with the depth, frequency, and level of support offered.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including text, videos, audios, and materials, is owned by Agnieszka "Angie" Navarrete and cannot be copied, shared, or redistributed without explicit permission.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this website or services to:

Engage in unlawful activities.

Harass, abuse, or defame others.

Reproduce or misuse content without permission.

Violating these terms may result in the termination of services without refund.

7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Linn County, Oregon. Any disputes must be resolved through mediation before pursuing legal action.

3. Coaching, Mentorship & Hypnosis Disclaimer

4. Subjective experiences

Services involve subjective experiences that vary for each individual. Services work may bring up emotions or memories. You are responsible for seeking professional support if deeper emotional processing is needed. No guarantees are made regarding healing, transformation, or specific results.

5. Liability Waiver

By using my services, you agree to fully release, waive, and hold harmless Agnieszka "Angie" Navarrete and partners from any claims, liabilities, or damages that may arise from your participation in sessions, programs, or use of information provided.

6. No Guarantees of Results

Every person’s journey is unique. I do not guarantee specific financial, emotional, or spiritual results. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

7. Indemnification
