TERMS & CONDITIONS – HYPNOSIS SERVICES

1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, scheduling or attending a hypnosis session, you agree to the terms outlined in this document as well as the general terms and conditions listed here: To view general Terms and Conditions, visit here: https://angienavarrete.com/privacy-policy-terms-conditions-legal-disclaimer. If you do not agree, you must not proceed with the payment of the session.

2. Services Provided
I offer private hypnosis services rooted in spiritual, energetic, and quantum methodologies. These include:

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) – In-person only, 4–5 hours. QHHT Sessions are strictly conducted as developed by Dolores Cannon.

Quantum Journey – Online via Zoom, 2–5 hours depending on session type

Past Life Regressions (PLR) – Online via Zoom, approx. 2 hours

Sessions are designed to access the intelligence of your Highest Consciousness, Higher Self, and Soul. You may access multidimensional memories, spiritual guidance, and personal healing encoded in your field. While I facilitate the sessions, you and your Highest Consciousness are responsible for the outcomes. There is always a possibility that you schedule a Past Life Regression but your Higher Consciousness guides your elsewhere. 

All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. You remain in control. The practitioner is a facilitator, not a doctor, therapist or mental health care provider. 

3. Scope of Practice, Educational Use, Client Responsibility, Client Role & Preperation
You are a partner in your process. Your results depend on your readiness, openness, trust, and willingness to surrender to your Highest Consciousness.

You must:

Participate of your own free will

Be sober, clear-headed, and present

Be in a quiet, private location where you can lay down and where you can be completely undisturbed for the duration of our session (for online sessions)

Use a fully charged computer or laptop (not a phone) with a webcam, mic, and headphones. Have your charger either plugged in or nearby. You will need to be clearly visible for the duration of our session. 

Ensure no observers or children are present

Facial coverings or anything obstructing your mouth are not allowed.

For QHHT and long Quantum Journey sessions, you are required to provide me with a written list of your questions in advance. For in-person QHHT Session, they must be printed or prepared on separate sheet of paper and not written in a journal or notebook. They can be easily referenced during the session. If your session takes place online, these questions must be typed into the email or a pdf/word file, and submitted no later than 48 hours in advance. Please note that if questions are submitted late, within the 48-hour window, they may not be reviewed or included, and it is your responsibility to prepare in advance to ensure your session is fully supported. For short sessions 5-9 questions are appropriate. For long sessions up to 20 questions. I will ask as many questions as possible, however, some questions might require an expansion or clarification so I can't guarantee all your questions will be answered. For Past Life Regression (PLR) and Quantum Journey sessions, there is no formal list of questions.

Any coaching, mentoring, or suggestions offered during our work together are provided solely for informational, educational, and motivational purposes. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, mental health treatment, or psychological support.

Agnieszka “Angie” Navarrete is not a licensed medical or mental health professional. She does not diagnose, treat, or cure any physical, psychological, or emotional conditions. All hypnosis services are offered as a spiritual and educational process intended to support your personal growth, expansion, and alignment with your Highest Consciousness.

The hypnosis session is not intended to be used as medical or psychological advice in any way. Only a licensed medical or mental health provider can offer such guidance, and you agree to consult your provider where necessary.

Hypnosis is not intended to cure any condition. No claims are made of healing or cure. Any transformation, release, or activation that takes place is the result of your own readiness, intention, and connection with your Higher Self.  

If you receive information during your session from your Higher Self, Soul, Subconscious, or Highest Consciousness, especially regarding health, lifestyle, or treatment protocols, you agree to take full responsibility for how you respond to that information. It is your duty to follow up with a qualified health care provider before making any changes to your health regimen or medications.

Hypnosis is not a substitute for medical interventions, psychotherapy, body therapy, or mental health care. I do not offer crisis support and do not take the place of any licensed professional.

Information that arises in session is coming from you, through your own connection with your Higher Self, Soul, or Superconscious. 

Your progress and outcomes are your responsibility and will be influenced by how you care for yourself physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually before and after the session. There are no guarantees of specific outcomes, and the transformation process may unfold over time.

The QHHT interview phase and longer Quantum Journey experiences takes about 1.5 - 2 hours and involve discussing personal, emotional, and spiritual matters such as health history, belief systems, and childhood influences. This part of the process is not optional and cannot be rushed, as it is foundational to the quality and depth of the session.

By participating in hypnosis, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your experience, and that Agnieszka “Angie” Navarrete shall not be held liable for any perceived negative consequence, outcome, or disruption resulting from your participation in the session or interpretation of the information received.

You acknowledge that you may access past lives, parallel dimensions, symbolic imagery, spiritual guidance, or somatic memories and agree to remain open to the experience without rigid expectations. Your whole experience is guided by your Highest Consciousness.

4. Respect, Conduct, and Service Refusal
You are expected to engage in all sessions with mutual respect, personal responsibility, and energetic integrity.

Agnieszka “Angie” Navarrete reserves the right to end any session immediately if you display inappropriate behavior, hostile energy, boundary violations, or any form of verbal, physical, or energetic misconduct—including but not limited to unwanted advances, manipulation, or coercion.

In such cases, no refunds will be given, and you may be permanently refused access to future services, at Angie’s sole discretion. This applies to all offerings under Quantum Gateways and Moon Lotus Rising, including private sessions, courses, digital programs, and group containers.

This boundary exists to uphold the sacred nature of this work and to protect the integrity of the practitioner-client relationship.

5. Disclosure 
You agree to inform me of any relevant medical or mental health conditions, especially if diagnosed with schizophrenia, psychosis, or similar disorders (for which hypnosis is not suitable).

6. Recordings & Confidentiality

Hypnosis sessions are recorded and the audio will be shared with you. I do not guarantee recording quality or technical malfuncions. 

If session insights are shared publicly (e.g. in teaching), no names or identifying details will be used without written consent. Information from your session may be used in print and/or discussion. 

You may not record the session without permission.

7. Integration 

Listening to the recording within three days of receiving the recording is part of the integration process and recommended.

If your hypnosis session includes an integration call (optional), it must be scheduled within two weeks of the original session. Duration: 30–45 minutes via Zoom.

8. Payment, Scheduling Rescheduling & Cancellations

All hypnosis sessions are final sale and non-refundable. By purchasing you agree to fully commit to yourself and to the process. 

My 1:1 availability is extrememly limited. Every private session requires significant intentional, energetic, spiritual, and logistical preparation in advance to ensure the depth and quality of the work. Because of this, last-minute cancellations or reschedules result in a direct loss of income and a disruption to the energetic structure created for your session.

All private 1:1 sessions are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. I reserve a limited number of 1:1 client slots each month to ensure that each session receives the energetic preparation and focus it requires. The sooner you book, the more scheduling options will be available to you. It is your responsibility to secure your preferred time and to make all necessary arrangements to attend. I am not responsible for delays in booking, scheduling conflicts, or missed opportunities due to late communication or lack of follow-through on your part.

You may reschedule your session one time with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if a genuine emergency arises or if rescheduling is required due to uncontrollable environmental conditions such as snowstorms, wildfires, floods, or earthquakes.

A valid emergency is defined as an unforeseeable, unavoidable, time-sensitive event that directly impacts your ability to attend the session.

This includes:

-Sudden serious illness or injury (you or an immediate family member)
-Emergency hospitalization
-Death in the immediate family
-Verified power or internet outage
-Accidents or active crisis en route to the session

You are expected to notify me as soon as possible and be prepared to provide reasonable documentation or verification if requested.

Please note that the following do not qualify as emergencies and will not exempt you from session forfeiture or additional payment requirements:

-Scheduling conflicts or last-minute travel
-Feeling unprepared, overwhelmed or change of mind
-Forgetting to block the time, arrange childcare, or manage logistics
-Not completing your intake form or submitting questions in time
-General stress, mood shifts, or energetic resistance
-Lack of preparation on your part does not constitute an emergency.

Any additional rescheduling will require you to pay in full to rebook. 

In most cases of illness or non-contagious disease, your session can still proceed online—as long as you are physically able to participate and remain focused throughout. This applies to Quantum Journey and Past Life Regression sessions conducted over Zoom.

The only exception is QHHT, which is conducted in person and will need to be rescheduled if you are ill.

When you purchase a session, your slot is held for 30 days from the date of purchase. Sessions cannot be banked, extended, or indefinitely postponed. If you do not schedule and use your appointment within this 30-day window, you agree to forfeit the session. Exceptions may apply only if a written agreement has been made and confirmed in advance.

Delays of more than 30 minutes for long sessions (such as 4-5 hour QHHT or Quantum Journey) and more than 15 minutes for short sessions (such as 2-2.5 hour Past Life Regression, Quantum Journey or integration calls) may result in your session being canceled and marked as a no-show, unless you’ve communicated the delay in advance.

Please note that even with notice, your session will not be extended beyond the originally allotted time. You are expected to arrive on time, fully prepared, and in a calm, undisturbed environment so we can begin promptly and complete the work with integrity.

No-shows are non-refundable and will require a completely new booking and full payment if you wish to receive a session in the future. This policy exists to protect loss of payment, the energetic preparation, sacred structure, and time-based integrity of the work. 

You are responsible for arriving on time, grounded, and prepared.

Should your hypnosis session not be successful due to reasons beyond my control — including and not limited to resistance, lack of focus, environmental distractions, or your own inability to surrender to the process — no refunds will be issued. Hypnosis is a co-creative process. Your willingness, openness, and energetic alignment are essential. 

If you choose to pay for your session using an installment plan through a third-party payment processor, you understand and agree that all installment payments will continue until the full balance is paid, regardless of whether you attend the session or not. Failure to show up, cancel, or complete your session does not void your payment agreement, as the session was claimed and the energetic space was prepared in full. It remains your responsibility to fulfill the payment terms you agreed to at checkout.

9. Practitioner Cancellation Policy
In the even of rare circumstance of my own illness or disease, energetic interference, or anything that would compromise my ability to facilitate at the highest level, I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session.

Because I work in alignment with Highest Consciousness, I will not proceed with a session if I’m unable to hold the depth, clarity, and energetic integrity required. If this occurs, you will be notified as soon as possible and our session will be rescheduled.

 
LEGAL DISCLAIMERS – HYPNOSIS SESSIONS

1. Purpose of Sessions
Sessions are offered for educational, spiritual, and personal development purposes. They are not medical or psychological treatments.

2. Not Medical or Mental Health Care
I am not a licensed medical provider, therapist, or psychologist. You are responsible for consulting a licensed professional if needed.

3. No Guarantees
You understand and agree that no specific outcomes are guaranteed. Healing and spiritual expansion is unique to each individual and is directed by your Higher Self and Highest Consciousness, not the practitioner.

4. Subjective Experience
Sessions may activate physical sensations, emotional release, or past/parallel life memories. You are responsible for seeking additional support if emotional overwhelm occurs.

5. Liability Waiver
By participating, you agree to release Agnieszka “Angie” Navarrete, Francisco Navarrete, Quantum Gateways, and Moon Lotus Rising from any and all claims of injury, emotional disruption, perceived damages, or unexpected outcomes related to your session.

6. Intellectual Property
All hypnosis content, including audio, written materials, energy processes, and session language, is the intellectual property of Agnieszka “Angie” Navarrete. It may not be reused, redistributed, recorded, or shared without written permission.

7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agnieszka “Angie” Navarrete and all associated persons or entities from any claims arising from your use of her services, content, or website.

8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Linn County, Oregon. Any dispute must go through mediation prior to legal escalation

Acknowledgment of Agreement & Liability Waiver
By purchasing the session and signing this document, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined herein. You accept full responsibility for your participation in this hypnosis session and for any outcomes, insights, or information received.

You further agree, on behalf of yourself, your dependents, heirs, administrators, legal representatives, and assigns, to fully release, waive, and hold harmless Agnieszka “Angie” Navarrete, Francisco Navarrete, Quantum Gateways, and Moon Lotus Rising from any and all liability for any known or unknown side effects, emotional responses, energetic shifts, physical injuries, illness, or death, and from any and all losses or damages that may occur—however caused—as a result of your participation in the hypnosis session.
