TERMS & CONDITIONS – HYPNOSIS SERVICES

1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, scheduling or attending a hypnosis session, you agree to the terms outlined in this document as well as the general terms and conditions listed here: To view general Terms and Conditions, visit here: https://angienavarrete.com/privacy-policy-terms-conditions-legal-disclaimer. If you do not agree, you must not proceed with the payment of the session.

2. Nature of the Container

Private 1:1 programs are deep personal, energetic, and spiritual processes designed to support your personal, and spiritual expansion.

Programs are specific to purchase, may include and are not limited to:

- Private sessions (Zoom)

- Energetic work, subconscious reprogramming, hypnosis, coaching, psychic mediumship, mentorship, and multidimensional support

- Voice note or text-based communication

- Integration prompts, reflection work, or personalized practices

This is not therapy, not medical advice, and not crisis care. I am not a licensed mental health or medical provider, and this work does not replace such support.

Your results will depend on your readiness, devotion, and capacity to meet the work.

3. Session Scheduling & Access

You are responsible for scheduling and attending your sessions within the timeframe of the program. Unused sessions do not roll over and cannot be banked. If you fail to book within the container period, the session is considered forfeited unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Scheduling is first-come, first-served, and session availability is limited. Delayed booking may result in fewer available time options. You are expected to make appropriate arrangements in advance.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for this 1:1 container is due in full at time of enrollment unless a custom payment plan has been explicitly agreed to in writing.

All payments are non-refundable, regardless of completion status, perceived results, or level of engagement.

If you miss sessions, disengage, or do not participate, you are still responsible for the full payment.

If you are on a payment plan, you agree to complete all installments. Non-payment may result in removal from the program and potential collection enforcement.

4. Communication Boundaries

If your container includes voice or text access between sessions:

You may expect replies during designated response hours and within a timeframe as outlined in the offer.

You are encouraged to be concise, self-responsible, self-leading, and respectful of energetic space.

If the volume or tone of communication becomes excessive, urgent, entitled, or codependent, the access may be restructured or revoked at my discretion,

5. Rescheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows

You may reschedule a session once with at least 48 hours’ notice. The session will be rescheduled for the next available day.

You may reschedule your session one time with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if a genuine emergency arises or if rescheduling is required due to uncontrollable environmental conditions such as snowstorms, wildfires, floods, or earthquakes

A valid emergency is defined as an unforeseeable, unavoidable, time-sensitive event that directly impacts your ability to attend the session.

This includes:

-Sudden serious illness or injury (you or an immediate family member)
-Emergency hospitalization
-Death in the immediate family
-Verified power or internet outage
-Accidents or active crisis en route to the session

You are expected to notify me as soon as possible and be prepared to provide reasonable documentation or verification if requested.

Please note that the following do not qualify as emergencies and will not exempt you from session forfeiture or additional payment requirements:

-Scheduling conflicts or last-minute travel
-Feeling unprepared, overwhelmed or change of mind
-Forgetting to block the time, arrange childcare, or manage logistics
-Not completing your intake form or submitting questions in time
-General stress, mood shifts, or energetic resistance
-Lack of preparation on your part does not constitute an emergency.

Any additional rescheduling will require you to pay in full to rebook. 

In most cases of illness or non-contagious disease, your session can still proceed online—as long as you are physically able to participate and remain focused throughout.

Missed sessions without proper notice are forfeited or will require an additional payment.

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the session being marked as a no-show.

No refunds are issued for sessions canceled with less than 48 hour notice, missed sessions and/or late arrivals.

The program cannot be extended beyond its original length and all sessions must be used within the timeframe of the offer.

All private 1:1 sessions are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. I reserve a limited number of 1:1 client slots each month to ensure that each session receives the energetic preparation and focus it requires. The sooner you book, the more scheduling options will be available to you. It is your responsibility to secure your preferred time and to make all necessary arrangements to attend. I am not responsible for delays in booking, scheduling conflicts, or missed opportunities due to late communication or lack of follow-through on your part.

6. Practitioner Cancellation

Agnieszka “Angie” Navarrete reserves the right to reschedule or delay a session if illness, energetic interference, or environmental factors compromise her ability to facilitate at the highest level. In such cases, you will be notified and offered rescheduling options.

7. Client Responsibilities

By enrolling in this program, you agree to:

- Show up to sessions prepared, grounded, and open at a location where you can speak openly and undisturbed for the duration of our session

- Observers are not permitted

- Take full responsibility for your emotional regulation, mindset, and integration

- Be coachable, honest, and willing to go beyond surface-level patterns

- Not assign blame to the practitioner for your results or challenges

- Bring concerns directly and respectfully if issues arise

- Take ownership of your actions, choices, and boundaries

i-Inform me of any relevant medical or mental health conditions, especially if diagnosed with schizophrenia, psychosis, or similar disorders (for which certain services are not suitable).

This is a sacred agreement. You are not hiring someone to fix you. You are entering a co-creative field that requires energetic leadership, personal maturity, and full-body commitment.

8. Respect, Conduct, and Service Refusal
You are expected to engage in all sessions with mutual respect, personal responsibility, and energetic integrity.

Agnieszka “Angie” Navarrete reserves the right to end any session immediately if you display inappropriate behavior, hostile energy, boundary violations, or any form of verbal, physical, or energetic misconduct—including but not limited to unwanted advances, manipulation, or coercion.

In such cases, no refunds will be given, and you may be permanently refused access to future services, at Angie’s sole discretion. This applies to all offerings under Quantum Gateways and Moon Lotus Rising, including private sessions, courses, digital programs, and group containers.

This boundary exists to uphold the sacred nature of this work and to protect the integrity of the practitioner-client relationship.

7. No guarantee or outcome promises

Transformation is not linear. This work activates soul-level shifts and deep energetic realignment. You may experience emotional intensity, clarity, chaos, or unexpected breakthroughs. Angie does not guarantee specific outcomes, timelines, financial gains, or emotional results. What unfolds is between you and your Highest Self.

8. Liability Waiver

By entering into this agreement, you release and hold harmless Agnieszka “Angie” Navarrete, Quantum Gateways, Moon Lotus Rising, and all affiliated persons from any and all liability related to your participation in this program. This includes physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual, or energetic effects known or unknown.

You agree not to pursue legal claims against the practitioner for any perceived results, delays, or discomfort arising from this work. You accept full responsibility for your own decisions, energy, health, and well-being.

9. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

All materials, session content, exercises, and energetic transmissions are the intellectual property of Agnieszka “Angie” Navarrete. You may not copy, share, publish, or reproduce any content from this container without written permission.

Your personal information and process will remain confidential unless explicit consent is given or disclosure is legally required.

10. Recordings & Confidentiality

Quantum Hypnosis sessions are recorded and the audio will be shared with you. I do not guarantee recording quality or technical malfuncions. 

If session insights are shared publicly (e.g. in teaching), no names or identifying details will be used without written consent. Information from your session may be used in print and/or discussion. 

You may not record the session without permission.

11. Integration 

Listening to quantum hypnosis recordings within three days of receiving the recording is part of the integration process and recommended.

12, Content Library Access

If your 1:1 program includes access to a private content library, that access is granted only for the duration of the program. Once the container ends, whether through completion, expiration, or early termination, your access to the materials will be ending.

You are responsible for engaging with and making use of all content during the active period of your program. Extensions are not guaranteed and will only be granted through prior written agreement.

13. FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By enrolling in a private 1:1 program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this full Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Client Responsibilities Agreements. You accept all risks, boundaries, and expectations, and are choosing to participate of your own free will.

LEGAL DISCLAIMERS – HYPNOSIS SESSIONS

1. Purpose of Sessions
Sessions are offered for educational, spiritual, and personal development purposes. They are not medical or psychological treatments.

2. Not Medical or Mental Health Care
I am not a licensed medical provider, therapist, or psychologist. You are responsible for consulting a licensed professional if needed.

3. No Guarantees
You understand and agree that no specific outcomes are guaranteed. Healing and spiritual expansion is unique to each individual and is directed by your Higher Self and Highest Consciousness, not the practitioner.

4. Subjective Experience
Sessions may activate physical sensations, emotional release, or past/parallel life memories. You are responsible for seeking additional support if emotional overwhelm occurs.

5. Liability Waiver
By participating, you agree to release Agnieszka “Angie” Navarrete, Francisco Navarrete, Quantum Gateways, and Moon Lotus Rising from any and all claims of injury, emotional disruption, perceived damages, or unexpected outcomes related to your session.

6. Intellectual Property
All hypnosis content, including audio, written materials, energy processes, and session language, is the intellectual property of Agnieszka “Angie” Navarrete. It may not be reused, redistributed, recorded, or shared without written permission.

7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agnieszka “Angie” Navarrete and all associated persons or entities from any claims arising from your use of her services, content, or website.

8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Linn County, Oregon. Any dispute must go through mediation prior to legal escalation

Acknowledgment of Agreement & Liability Waiver
By purchasing the program or container you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined herein. You accept full responsibility for your participation in this hypnosis session and for any outcomes, insights, or information received.

You further agree, on behalf of yourself, your dependents, heirs, administrators, legal representatives, and assigns, to fully release, waive, and hold harmless Agnieszka “Angie” Navarrete, Francisco Navarrete, Quantum Gateways, and Moon Lotus Rising from any and all liability for any known or unknown side effects, emotional responses, energetic shifts, physical injuries, illness, or death, and from any and all losses or damages that may occur—however caused—as a result of your participation in the hypnosis session.
